It's been a hard week for the ACA - but HHS Secretary and Trinity alum Katherine Sebelius was solid compared to some of the panel's whack jobs like Barton (Toto and Kansas - WTF?), whose questions illustrated their biased, ignorant and disingenuous position. Unfortunately it was never clearly stated by anyone that the "prosecutors" in this case are also the ones who have blatantly sabotaged the program from the beginning.
And a lot of people were hit and taken off their catastrophic policies - by choices made by their insurance carrier. Context is everything people - if TIME magazine gets the inevitable evolution of healthcare coverage under ACA, how is it this seems to be lost on everyone? And I quote:
"So far, the reforms that the law sought to bring-whether Obama was honest about their implications or not-are falling into place exactly as planned."
You'd never know that from TV news coverage. Even Jon Stewart...oh wait a minute. He's a comedian. Not a news source. Despite what Fox News says.
